Event Details

The Roselle Public Library will be hosting award-winning author/illustrator Angela Dominguez on Saturday, January 21 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the Lake Park High School West Auditorium, 500 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Roselle. The program will be presented together with Bloomingdale Public Library, Itasca Community Library, Bloomingdale-Roselle Kiwanis, and Roselle Fine Arts Academy. There will be a “how to draw” portion of the presentation, and Angela will be available to sign books after her presentation. Books will be available for sale thanks to assistance from Barnes & Noble.

This event was made possible because the Roselle Library was the recipient of the Maureen Hayes Author/Illustrator Award, in an amount up to $4,000, from the Association of Library Services to Children, a division of the American Library Association, and Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing. Additional support for this event was given by Lake Park High School, Bloomingdale Public Library, Itasca Community Library, Bloomingdale-Roselle Kiwanis, and Roselle Fine Arts Academy.
